Meet The World kicks off!

Pubished: 2010-02-11 Kl: 11:05

The International Meet The World Tournaments have started. Together with our main sponsor SKF, we arrange for the 4th year the Meet The World Tournaments.

Meet The World is a project that Gothia Cup runs with SKF. The project consists of mini tournaments in places around the world with the aim of creating international meeting points for youngsters regardless of gender, social backgrounds, age, culture and religion. These tournaments take place in strategically chosen locations around the world and where the winning teams are granted the travel and participation costs and get to represent their country and SKF in Gothia Cup 2010.

This year, Meet The World will be arranged in China, Brazil, South Africa and Russia to name some countries. We will have teams representing the majority of the world’s continents.

The Gothia Cup organization wishes all participating teams good luck. We all look forward to welcome all winning teams to Gothia Cup and Gothenburg this summer.
